Description

Self-adhesive soundproofing panels are a modern solution for reducing noise levels and improving acoustics in residential and commercial spaces. They combine the functionality of professional acoustic materials with an attractive decorative design. The core of the panels is pressed polyester felt — a lightweight, durable, and deformation-resistant material that effectively absorbs sound and additionally retains heat. Thanks to the self-adhesive layer, installation does not require tools, drilling, or special skills — the panels are easily mounted on a flat surface in just a few minutes. The solid-color matte surface with a distinctive fibrous texture and a 3D effect (slat, brick, or geometric patterns) makes the panels not only practical but also a stylish interior element. An ideal solution if you want to: • reduce noise from neighbors or the street • improve the sound of music or voice in the room • quickly refresh the interior without renovation • combine practicality and aesthetics Size: 300х300х9мм. Material layers and construction Polyester felt Polyester felt is a modern nonwoven material made from 100% polyester fiber using mechanical pressing followed by thermal bonding. During the manufacturing process, the fibers are tightly interwoven without the use of adhesives, forming a homogeneous, stable structure with high density. The microporous structure of the material обеспечивает effective sound absorption: acoustic waves are dispersed within the fibrous matrix, reducing noise levels and minimizing echo in the room. The felt is characterized by increased mechanical strength, shape stability, and resistance to deformation even during long-term use. Double adhesive layer On the back side of the panel there is a non-toxic adhesive layer with high adhesion properties, which ensures reliable fastening to various types of surfaces. The adhesive is odorless, safe for use in residential and work spaces, and does not require additional mounting materials. Protective layer The adhesive base is protected by silicone-coated paper or film, which prevents drying out and contamination. During installation, the protective layer is easily removed, making installation quick and convenient. Main advantages of soundproofing panels: 1. Effective noise absorption The dense fibrous structure of the panels actively absorbs sound waves, reducing noise and echo. This creates a comfortable acoustic environment for work, rest, study, or entertainment. 2. Additional thermal insulation The non-uniform structure of polyester felt retains heat, helping to maintain a pleasant indoor microclimate and reduce heat loss. 3. Simple and fast installation Thanks to the self-adhesive layer, panels are easy to install without tools, drilling, or glue. If necessary, individual elements can be quickly replaced without dismantling the entire surface or performing major repairs. 4. Wide design possibilities Panels are easy to combine by colors, shapes, and textures. They can be used on walls, ceilings, or as a functional decorative surface, allowing the implementation of individual design solutions for any interior. 5. Environmental safety The materials do not contain toxic additives, have no odor, and are recyclable. The panels are safe for use in residential, work, and children’s spaces. 6. Resistance to deformation High density and a strong structure ensure that the panels retain their shape: they do not sag, settle, or lose their properties over time. 7. Durability Soundproofing panels retain their acoustic and decorative characteristics throughout their entire service life, even under intensive use. Application Self-adhesive soundproofing panels are a versatile solution for finishing walls and ceilings in spaces where acoustic comfort, warmth, and aesthetics are important. They effectively reduce noise levels, improve the sound quality of the space, and at the same time perform a decorative function. In residential interiors, the panels are ideal for bedrooms, children’s rooms, living rooms, and home offices, creating a calm, cozy atmosphere for rest, work, or study. In commercial spaces, they are successfully used in restaurants and cafs, offices, studios, fitness centers, educational institutions, and creative spaces — wherever it is necessary to reduce noise and improve acoustics. Panels can be used as a full-fledged soundproofing covering or as an accent decorative element that highlights the interior style. An additional advantage is the possibility of using them as a functional notice board — it is convenient to place notes, announcements, or photographs on the surface. Thanks to easy installation and simple adaptation to any space, self-adhesive panels combine practicality, versatility, and modern design, making them an effective solution for any type of premises. Calculation of the required number of panels To correctly determine the number of self-adhesive soundproofing panels, follow these simple steps: 1. Measure the surface Measure the length and height of the wall or ceiling you plan to cover. 2. Calculate the total area Multiply the length by the height of each surface (in meters). If there are several surfaces, add the resulting values. Example: Wall length — 5,6 m Wall height — 3,2 m 5,6 x 3,2 = 17,92 sq.m 3. Determine the number of panels The area of one panel measuring 30 x 30 cm is 0,09 sq.m. Divide the total area by the area of one panel and round the result up. 17,92 / 0,09 = 199,11 — 200 panels are required. 4. Add a reserve During installation, trimming and small waste are possible, so it is recommended to additionally include 2–3 panels as a reserve. Surface requirements Self-adhesive soundproofing panels are designed for installation on solid, flat, clean, and dry surfaces. Optimal substrates include drywall, plastered walls, wooden, and metal surfaces. Before installation, the surface must be thoroughly cleaned of dust, grease, wax, dirt residues, and remnants of old coatings. To improve adhesion, it is recommended to apply a primer in advance and allow it to fully dry for at least 4 hours. ! Installation on rough or overly porous substrates such as brick, natural stone, plywood, or untreated surfaces is not recommended, as this may reduce fastening reliability. Installation conditions Panel installation should be carried out at an indoor air temperature from +18 to +25 degrees. During installation and in the first hours after it, there should be no drafts in the room. Panels may be installed on some old coatings — in particular ceramic tiles or painted walls — provided that the coating is strong and firmly bonded to the substrate. Alkyd paints provide the best adhesion. Compliance with these recommendations guarantees reliable fastening of the panels, durability, and preservation of their acoustic and decorative properties. Preparation for installation Before starting installation, be sure to compare the new panel by color and shade with the already installed elements. In the case of a slight difference, it is recommended to turn the panel over to the other side to achieve the most uniform visual result. For cladding large areas, it is advisable to pre-install vertical and horizontal guides. This helps maintain clear geometry, even rows, and a neat appearance of the finished surface. Installation process 1. Remove the protective film from the adhesive layer of the panel. 2. Start installation from a corner of the room or from a pre-installed guide. 3. Lay the panels in one direction, gradually filling the surface. 4. If desired, panels can be arranged horizontally, vertically, or at an angle, creating the required decorative effect. 5. For precise fitting along edges and in corners, panels are easily trimmed with a knife or scissors. 6. After installation, firmly press each panel against the surface to ensure reliable adhesion to the substrate. Easy repair and replacement In case of damage to individual elements, thereis no need to dismantle the entire covering. Panels are easily removed and quickly replaced with new ones, allowing you to maintain a neat appearance of the surface without additional time and cost.
