Description
Vinyl tiles with adhesive backing are a decorative material for interior finishing that requires no additional materials or tools for installation. Their strength, durability, and moisture resistance make them suitable for use in various rooms — from bedrooms to kitchens and bathrooms. They easily adhere to different types of surfaces, providing a neat and reliable finish. Material: polyethylene terephthalate (PET) Size: 457x457x1.5 mm Coverage area: 0.21 sq.m (4.7 tiles per 1 sq.m) Surface: smooth, matte Multilayer Structure for a Perfect Result Each vinyl tile is made using advanced technology, where every layer serves an important function — from protection to aesthetics. This structure ensures long-lasting durability, wear resistance, and an attractive appearance for many years. 1. Polymer Protective Layer Reliably protects the surface from scuffs, scratches, and minor mechanical damage. Thanks to UV protection, the tile does not fade in sunlight and retains its color saturation and original shine for a long time. 2. Decorative Layer A high-resolution printed film accurately replicates the texture of natural materials — stone, wood, or marble. Realistic shades and fine details make the surface visually indistinguishable from natural analogs. 3. Core Layer Made of Foamed PET A strong and resilient polymer provides resistance to impacts, moisture, and household chemicals. Its structure makes the material lightweight, flexible, and durable, ensuring easy and comfortable installation. 4. Adhesive Layer A non-toxic, eco-friendly base with high adhesion ensures reliable bonding with the surface. The tile adheres firmly without the need for extra materials or tools. 5. Silicone-Coated Protective Backing Prevents the adhesive layer from drying out or becoming dirty. It is easily removed before installation, allowing quick and clean application. Wide Range of Applications Self-adhesive vinyl tiles are a universal solution for modern interiors. They are ideal for interior finishing work and perform well in both residential and commercial spaces. They are suitable for decorating walls in high-humidity areas such as kitchens, bathrooms, and entryways. Thanks to their moisture resistance and durability, they also look great in living rooms, bedrooms, and hallways. The material is also widely used in offices, beauty salons, fitness centers, stores, reception areas, and other public spaces where both aesthetics and wear resistance are important. In addition to walls, the tiles can be applied to furniture, doors, and any flat surfaces, creating original decorative solutions without complex renovation or additional costs. Properties and Advantages of Vinyl Tiles Self-adhesive vinyl tiles combine aesthetics, practicality, and advanced technology — a modern solution for a stylish and long-lasting interior. Easy Installation Thanks to the self-adhesive backing, installation requires no glue, tools, or professional help. The tiles are installed edge to edge, without gaps, deformation, or swelling. The material can be easily trimmed with scissors or a utility knife, and the minimal waste — just 1% — makes installation highly economical. Moisture Resistance The tiles are resistant to moisture and steam, withstand temperature fluctuations, and prevent mold formation. Suitable for kitchens, bathrooms, entryways, and other humid environments. They can even be used for kitchen backsplashes (at a distance of 30–50 cm from the stove). Durability The strong vinyl material resists wear, impact, and scratches. The surface retains its original look and color for many years, maintaining its attractiveness even with heavy use. Aesthetics and Design A wide range of colors and textures — from wood and stone imitations to modern abstract patterns — allows you to create interiors in any style. The tiles can be easily combined by shade or pattern to form unique design solutions. Easy Maintenance Vinyl tiles require no special care — simply wipe with a damp cloth. They are resistant to household cleaning agents and do not absorb dirt. Thermal and Sound Insulation The material provides good insulation properties, creating a comfortable atmosphere and reducing noise levels indoors. Eco-Friendliness Made from safe and environmentally friendly components, the tiles emit no toxic substances and are suitable for residential spaces, including children’s rooms. How to Calculate the Required Amount of Tiles 1. Measure the length and height of the wall (or other surface) you plan to cover. 2. Calculate the total area. Multiply the length by the height of each surface in meters and add the results. Example: Wall length — 5.6 m, height — 3.2 m. Calculation: 5.6 x 3.2 = 17.92 sq.m. 3. Determine the number of tiles. One tile covers 0.21 sq.m (size 457x457 mm). Divide the total surface area by the area of one tile: 17.92 / 0.21 = 85.33 Round up — you’ll need 86 tiles. 4. Add a small margin. Since some tiles may need trimming, it’s recommended to buy 2–3 extra tiles. This ensures a perfect result without running short of material. Installation Instructions Self-adhesive vinyl tiles can be easily applied to most surfaces: ceramic tiles, glass, painted walls, primed concrete, or slightly uneven surfaces. If there is whitewash on the wall, it must be completely removed. Installation Conditions: • The room must be dry • Air temperature: +15 to +20 degrees Celsius • The surface and tiles should be at room temperature for best adhesion Surface Preparation: 1. Clean the wall from dust, dirt, and grease. 2. If needed, level the surface with primer and let it dry for at least 4 hours. 3. Make sure the surface is flat, dry, and clean. Step-by-Step Installation: 1. Start from a corner or the most visible area to ensure straight alignment. 2. Gently peel back a small section of the protective film to expose the adhesive layer. 3. Firmly press the tile onto the surface, gradually removing the backing as you apply. 4. Check alignment and avoid air bubbles — smooth the tile by hand or with a rubber roller. 5. To join tiles: peel part of the backing from the next tile, align its edge perfectly with the previous one, press and smooth. 6. Trim tiles with scissors or a utility knife, especially around corners and edges. Repair Instructions One of the main advantages of vinyl tiles is easy maintenance and the ability to quickly replace individual tiles without removing the entire surface. If a scratch, chip, or other localized damage appears, follow these simple steps: 1. Carefully remove the damaged tile using a utility knife or scraper. 2. Clean the spot from adhesive residue, dust, and dirt. 3. Prepare a new tile — remove the protective paper from the adhesive side. 4. Place the tile in position, press firmly, and smooth with your hand or a rubber roller. The new tile will seamlessly replace the old one, preserving the overall pattern and texture — leaving your surface neat and looking like new.Characteristics
