How to calculate the number of tiles: 1. Measure the length and width of the surface in meters. 2. Multiply these values to find out the area (for example: 5.6 m x 3.2 m = 17.92 sq.m). 3. Divide the total area by the area of one tile (152x914 mm = 0.138 sq.m). For example: 17.92 / 0.138 = 130 tiles (round up). 4. Add 2–3 extra tiles for trimming and unforeseen situations during installation. Vinyl tile installation instructions: • Tiles can be laid on: linoleum, tile, parquet, laminate, paint, glass, primed concrete with minor irregularities. You can not glue on whitewash - it must be completely removed. • The air temperature in the room should not be lower than +15 degrees. • The base should be clean, dry, even. Remove dust, grease and dirt. If necessary, level with a primer (drying - at least 4 hours). • Before laying, the tile should be at room temperature. Installation: 1. Remove the protective layer from the back of the tile. 2. Start laying from the corner. Press the tile tightly, without bubbles. 3. Trim the tile with a knife or scissors if necessary. 4. Join the next tile tightly, removing the protective layer gradually. 5. Press each tile down with your hand or a rubber roller to ensure a secure bond. Partial repairs: • Remove the damaged tile with a knife or spatula. • Lay a new tile, removing the protective layer, and press firmly to the surface.
