The base layer is made of EVA (ethylene vinyl acetate) - a thermoplastic polymer, the structure of which is a polymer chain of ethylene and vinyl acetate. Ethylene gives the material flexibility, and vinyl acetate provides thermoplastic properties. The composition also includes antistatic additives and additives for the formation of a foamed structure, which gives the material thermal insulation and cushioning properties. 2. Plush textile layer – a soft fleecy material made of polyester fibers. It is characterized by high strength, wear resistance, does not wrinkle and dries quickly. To connect the plush textile layer with the main EVA layer, the lamination method is used. Special thermoplastic glue is applied to the EVA surface, providing strong adhesion. Then the plush and EVA are connected under pressure using a press, sometimes with heating to improve adhesion. The result of lamination is a strong and durable connection that retains its properties even with intensive use. Multiply the length by the width of the surface in meters to get the total area. For example, after measuring, you got a floor length of 5.6 m and a floor width of 3.2 m. By multiplying these values, you get the area: 5.6 m * 3.2 m = 17.92 sq.m. 3. Divide the resulting area by the area of one puzzle and round the result up: 17.92 sq.m / 0.09 sq.m = 199.11. Round up to 200 puzzles. Please note that waste may occur during the installation process due to trimming the covering. Therefore, it is recommended to add 2-3 spare puzzles to the calculation. Installation: One of the main advantages of this modular flooring is that there is no need for special floor preparation before installation. 1. Make sure that the surface on which the elements will be laid is clean and dry. Remove any sharp objects or obstacles, as well as protrusions on the surface. 2. If the flooring elements are of different colors, sort them. If necessary, mark the areas where certain colors or shapes should be placed. 3. Start laying from one edge of the room or the desired surface. First, place the edge elements to determine the outline. 4. If necessary, the elements can be cut with a utility knife. Connect them using the locks on the edges of each tile. 5. Check that the elements are tightly connected to avoid unevenness in the flooring. 6. If the installation is carried out without glue, but fixing the flooring is required, use double-sided tape on the back of the elements. Make sure all elements are on the same level.
