Description
Composite WPC tile (wood-plastic composite) is an innovative modular flooring that combines the noble aesthetics of natural wood with the unsurpassed durability of modern technology. Thanks to its embossed texture and unique composition, this tile is an ideal solution for both cozy home interiors and demanding outdoor environments. Material: High-quality WPC (wood flour + thermoplastic polymers). Single tile size: 600 x 300 x 23 mm. Weight: 1800 g. Temperature range: -20°C to +60°C. Texture: 3D relief imitating natural wood. Connection type: "Tongue-and-groove" interlocking system. Why choose WPC tiles? 1. Absolute moisture resistance. The material does not absorb water, swell, or deform. This makes the tiles ideal for areas around swimming pools, saunas, and beach terraces. 2. High strength and wear resistance. The tiles can withstand significant static and dynamic loads. Unlike natural wood, they do not crack under the weight of furniture and do not wear out in high-traffic areas. 3. Biological inertness. Forget about termites, mold, and rot. The composition of WPC is unsuitable for insects and fungi, eliminating the need for annual antiseptic treatment. 4. Safety and comfort. The embossed surface prevents slipping even when wet, and the well-thought-out base design ensures effective drainage, preventing the formation of puddles. 5. Savings on logistics and installation. The 600x300 mm format is much more convenient to transport than long decking boards. The tiles are installed on any relatively flat surface without the use of joists, glue, or special tools. Application areas Due to their versatility, WPC tiles are used in various locations: • Private sector: garden paths, gazebos, verandas, patios, balconies. • Aqua zones: pool decks, showers, baths, and saunas. • Business facilities: summer areas of cafes and restaurants, recreation zones in hotels, office centers. Simple calculation of the required amount of material To find out how many tiles you need, follow three simple steps: 1. Measure the area: Multiply the length of the site by its width (e.g., 3.4 m x 3.2 m = 10.88 sq.m.). 2. Calculate the quantity: Divide the resulting area by the area of one tile (0.18 sq.m.). Example: 10.88 / 0.18 = 60.44. Round up to 61 pieces. 3. Add a margin: It is recommended to purchase 2-3 extra tiles to account for trimming and site geometry features. Installation instructions 1. Preparation: Ensure the base is dry, clean, and relatively flat. Use an underlay if necessary. 2. Planning: Determine the laying direction (classic or checkerboard). 3. First step: Start laying from a corner. Correct placement of the first row is the key to an even surface. 4. Assembly: Connect the tiles by inserting the tongues into the grooves until fixed. A light press is enough for a tight fit. 5. Finish: Complete the entire area, maintaining the geometry of the pattern. Maintenance is extremely simple: just periodically wash the tiles with water and a common detergent. No lacquers, paints, or oils required—your floor will look like new for many years!Characteristics
